Tipperary Sports Partnership is holding an online Cardio Kick Class as part of their Women’s DIY fitness programme. The 6 week programme starts on Tuesday 23rd February at 7pm for1 hour. This class is a cardio based full body workout with a mixture of kicking techniques, punching techniques and is suitable for all abilities. No equipment is needed.
