As part of the Her Moves initiative Tipperary Sports Partnership and Tipperary Knights are launching a 10-week Social Basketball Programme for teenage girls in 4th, 5th and 6th year.
It will take place at the Canon Hayes Recreation Centre, Tipperary Town.
This 10 week programme is perfect for those who haven’t been involved in much sport before and are looking to get active, have fun, and make new friends.
It's designed to inspire and support more teenage girls to be active.
It’s about empowering all young women and build confidence.
This is a community for teenage girls to join and find something that moves you!
No experience needed.
This programme starts on Wednesday October 2nd and is from 4pm to 5pm.
The programme costs €3 per session.
