Activator Walking Programme

This programme starts on the 21st of February for 4 weeks in the Canon Hayes Center.

It takes place every Monday from 11-12 noon. Cost is €10 plus booking fee.

The programme promotes mobility, strength, balance and aerobic fitness. It is a great tool for pre/post hip or knee surgery.
