PALs Workshops are very useful to anyone involved in or interested in organising and leading physical activity for older adults.  They are designed to be a fun, practical experience. There is 8 workshops spread out over 8 weeks.  Each workshop lasts for 5 hours and a small lunch is provided. Each workshop is a mix of theory and practical physical activity.
