Has your sports facility been damaged in recent storms. Sport Ireland are attempting to get a picture of damage in the most affected counties. We would be grateful if a representative from your club would complete this survey so we can compile a comprehensive report on your behalf. This questionnaire is for information purposes only and does not constitute any commitment of funding support at the moment.

Sport Ireland via the Local Sports Partnership Network is looking to understand the damage to local sports infrastructure affected by the recent extreme weather events (including Storm Éowyn and the previous snows).
They are looking to see whether restoration of that infrastructure will be covered by insurance and/or any existing other support schemes in counties worst affected.
We accept that answers are initial assessments, we do not expect 100% accuracy, please provide what you can. All information provided will be sent to Sport Ireland and in turn back to the Government as part of a fact finding process.
