This report provides an interim update on data collected during the first six months of fieldwork on the Irish Sports Monitor 2019.

The National Sports Policy provides the policy context in which we will operate over the next 10 years. Sport Ireland strongly endorses the National Sports Policy and, as the statutory agency responsible, will have a lead role in many of the key operational and strategic challenges contained within the Policy.

This report highlights the significant contribution that Sport Ireland’s network of Local Sports Partnerships is making to advance the goals set out in the Department’s National Sports Policy 2018-2027.
