Tipperary Sports Partnership are hosting a 6 week Activator programme for Older Adults at Ormond Castle Park, Carrick on Suir
This programme starts on Wednesday 7th of May at 3pm
This session promotes: Strength, mobility, balance and aerobic fitness
It is also an excellent tool for pre/post hip or knee surgery
The session will be delivered by a specialised tutor and activator poles will be provided.
