Tipperary Sports Partnership are holding an 8 week Older Adult Virtual Exercise class twice a week for 1 hour each day. This class incorporates
• muscular strength,
• core strength,
• flexibility and Co-ordination.
It will help to increase your strength, with joint mobility, improve bone density, with balance, with co-ordination with functional movement for independent living.
All you need is a broom handle and two water bottles/tin of beans .
The class will be done online via zoom in the privacy of your home by a qualified active ageing specialised tutor.
Please ensure that you :
• have adequate space while doing the programme
• wear comfortable clothing and footwear
