Tipperary Sports Partnership are holding a 6 week men's online fitness class once a week for 6 weeks for 1 hour. This class is aimed at men who want to improve their general fitness, strength and mobility. Are you are working from home or sitting at a desk for long periods of time or you just feel your strength and mobility could do with some improvement? If so this class is the class for you. The class will be done online via zoom in the privacy of your home by a qualified tutor. The class will include a mixture of general movement, body weight exercises and core exercises and no equipment is needed, and the class is suitable for all abilities.
