Men on the Move

Calling all men over 30 with some spare time on their hands. We are delivering a 10 week exercise programme on Mondays and Thursdays starting at 10.00am on Monday 8th of January 2018 at Cahir Park AFC, Cahir.

Men on the Move is a physical activity programme that is aimed at adult men to get active, have fun and improve their physical fitness levels. It involves:-

structured physical activity sessions so that you can find a level and pace that suits you.
workshops on nutrition and well being
